COUNTRY CHURCHES

Funds to purchase tin for church roofs is a great need in Tanzania.  The saints and pastors can build the walls from trees and mud daubing or sun dried bricks but lack the means with which to purchase the boards for rafters and the tin sheets for the roof.  Also, boards and hardware to install windows and doors, build pews and a small pulpit are expensive.  $4,000.00 can furnish the above mentioned materials to complete a country church in Tanzania.  Please send contributions to Global Missions using the following code:  103.FA.033215.21.2112._.279

TRANSLATION AND LITERATURE DEVELOPMENT

Over one-fourth of the population of sub-Saharan Africa can speak Swahili.  Training and evangelism materials in Swahili are very important to the growth of the churches in Tanzania and Burundi.  With our own equipment, it is possible to print 4 times as many pieces of literature as when we pay someone else to do our printing.  This saves money and multiplies our literature evangelism efforts.  $3.00 can print one Bible school textbook for a student to use as he studies subjects like The Life of Christ, Acts, Pentecostal Doctrine or Christian Living.  $500 can print 5,000 Apostolic tracts in either Swahili or Kirundi.  Please send contributions to Global Missions using the following code:  103.FA.033215.23.2301.1.279

MOTORCYCLES

Tanzania has the land mass of Texas, Oklahoma and Indiana COMBINED!  National leaders travel many miles to oversee the churches in their regions.  Although Burundi is much smaller, the hilly terrain and inaccessible areas makes travel difficult and expensive.  A motorcycle is inexpensive to operate, can travel over the rough terrain and goes into areas where bus service is unavailable.  A small, all-terrain motorcycle costs approximately $3,000.00 but will provide mobility for a national leader to accomplish his ministry to the churches and saints of Tanzania and Burundi.  Please send contributions to Global Missions using the following code:  103.FA.033215.24.2411._.279
